Asana Lab
Develop strength, flexibility, and precise alignment through structured asana practice.
Learn to teach and practice with intelligence, safety, and purpose.
  • Standing, seated, balancing, inversion, prone, and supine postures
  • Hatha and Vinyasa foundations, including elements of the Ashtanga Primary Series
  • Sanskrit and English pose names with correct pronunciation
  • Anatomical and energetic principles applied to each posture
  • Practice labs and supervised feedback sessions to refine technique
Teaching Methodology
Develop the skills to teach with confidence, clarity, and safety.
The program covers every stage of the teaching process — from class structure and sequencing to communication and student support.

  • Supervised practice teaching (Adhyapanam) with individual feedback

Evenings include guided practices such as sound healing, kirtan, satsang, and moon ceremonies — creating space for reflection and integration.

The program also includes special outings for beach yoga sessions and visits to Bali’s waterfalls, offering practice in nature and connection beyond the classroom.
Time is intentionally designed to support focus, integration, and steady progress.
Each day follows a structured rhythm balancing practice, study, and supervised teaching.
